The Prince’s Trust-Get Into Customer Services with Alton Towers

Get Into Customer Services is a four week employability programme offering training & work experience in a variety of roles within Customer Services at Alton Towers Resort.
If you are 16-25, unemployed and interested in a career in Customer Services, join our free training programme where you can:

– Receive training in world class Customer Service, H&S, Emergency First Aid and Complaint Handling
– Carry out work placements in Hotel Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Park Operations, Environmental Services, Food and Beverage and Retail
– Improve your teamwork and communication skills and boost your confidence, interviews skills and your CV
– Receive up to six months support after the programme to help you move into employment or training
– Fantastic job prospects following successful course completion
